The Challenge
The existing site lacked coherence and failed to showcase Aftershoot’s AI capabilities effectively. Marketing campaigns required high-converting landing pages tailored to feature-specific audiences (wedding, portrait, event photographers). The design needed to express a cutting-edge AI vibe while ensuring usability and consistency across multiple page types.
The Solution
The homepage now opens with a bold headline, concise description, and prominent trial CTA, followed by interactive UI screenshots users can toggle via three buttons. Feature pages use custom visuals—like clustered images for “groups duplicates”—to make benefits instantly clear. On mobile, layouts shifted from desktop’s bento grid to a stacked vertical flow, preserving impact in tight spaces. I refined designs through live stakeholder feedback in meetings and quick iterations.
The Result
The homepage redesign improved conversion by 19.8%, driving a 35% lift in trial starts in the first month. The retouching page saw a 282% increase in waitlist registrations despite a 4.6× spike in traffic, and its conversion rate remained strong at 15.1% under higher ad volumes.
